This week on Lost Online, I interview life coach, speaker, and new author Laura Juntunen! In this interview, Laura and I talk about her new self-help book, “Happiless Chokelist.” This book is designed to help you break through barriers, gain clarity, and move forward to find your happiness. Funnily enough, this book happened completely by accident! ~ After years of dealing with her own “chokes” (the things in your life that cause you grief, anxiety, stress, or overwhelm) she had accidentally uncovered a formula to help her resolve them ↠ A five-step process that she used to pull herself out of depression, confusion, and overwhelm; to get unstuck, move forward in her life, and find her true happiness. This book happened as a result of her own life experience and a breakthrough that she had of how to work through her personal challenges and not them hold her back. ~ In Happiless Chokelist, she teaches that same formula that she’s used to help her clients and herself for years. And now to help you! If you find yourself dealing with anxiety every day, living in a state of depression, living your life according to what other people say you’re “supposed to” do, feeling stressed out by tasks and chores, getting trapped in toxic relationships, etc. THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU! In this latest interview, we discuss her new book, Happiless Chokelist, as well as self-sabotage, the importance of “me time,” manifestation, and following your passion! Check it out on Lost Online Blog! (Link in bio!)
