Last week, I was feeling super down… You know what’s it’s like when you get in one of those funks? You want to lay on the couch and eat chips, you spend all your time binge watching Netflix and YouTube, and your inspiration and motivation are NO WHERE to be found. But this week. I’M BACK. I’m re-energized, re-inspired, and re-motivated. I had 7 different calls that brought me back to life, wrote an entire email nurture sequence, planned out the 13 next blog posts, wrote a whole blog post in one day, and wrote and designed my entire client welcome packet and program agreement. ~ The biggest lesson in all of this has been the realization that it’s actually GOOD for us to fall out of alignment from time to time. I don’t think we’re MEANT to be in alignment all the time. Or be productive all the time. Or be inspired, motivated, and creative 24/7. Because the greatest life lessons and personal growth happens when we fall OUT of alignment. It happens when things are hard! I often get frustrated by a lot of the self-help and mindset content out there (despite being in the industry myself). ~ I find that so many coaches and content creators take the stance “you decide how you want to feel.” It’s up to you to pull yourself out of a funk, do your daily practices, and check your mindset. 💪🏻 ~ And while I do believe in the power of positive thinking and that we are responsible for our own lives, I think that the messages make it seem like there’s something wrong with you if you’re feeling ANYTHING but abundance, positivity, and inspiration. But the truth is we’re human. And ALL of us feel like crap from time to time. And that’s ok. IT’S OK TO NOT BE OK. ~ This past week, I’ve been feeling terrible. Everything that I typically do that lights a fire in me and motivates me isn’t available right now. I’ve had no energy and excitement to record my podcast, film videos, and do online marketing. ~ But I know that this isn’t going to last forever. I had a bad week 🤷🏻‍♀️ and that’s ok. We spent last week in a tiny house in the middle of the woods, cooking dinner over our bonfire, watching classic movies, eating junk food guilt free, and chasing waterfalls. ~ It was an odd vacation for the both of us 😂 I mean, there were no MURALS to take photos in front of! But it so amazing. I had no idea how desperately I needed to be without my phone and computer and away from all the distractions and stress 💕 A much needed reminder in simplicity and to focus on what's important. ❤️ I highly recommend a “tiny” vacation to everyone!

Nova does not give a damn that mom needs her Instagram pictures. But luckily out of the 50 we took, I found some useable ones. Good girl, Nova !

“I believe in the Law of Attraction, but it’s not working…” ~ Have you been there? Or are you there now? Do you have a vision for what you want you life to look like but can’t seem to make it happen? I’m gonna let you in on a secret: It’s not that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work, it’s that you’re not LETTING GO of your desires and allowing them to come into fruition. If you have something that you’re wanting to manifest in your life, but are: ~ -trying to control it in some way -panicking about the outcome -worrying about what will happen if it doesn’t come true -obsessing over HOW it will end up happening You’re energetically strangling that thing that you want most. The entire point of the Law of Attraction is to visualize what you want, take aligned action, and allow the universe to deliver. I know it’s so freaking difficult to energetically let go and allow your wishes to come to you. BUT, if you don’t SURRENDER, they will not manifest. I hope this helps!
