You already know just how much I needed this little getaway. So, no caption needed 💕

We spent last week in a tiny house in the middle of the woods, cooking dinner over our bonfire, watching classic movies, eating junk food guilt free, and chasing waterfalls. ~ It was an odd vacation for the both of us 😂 I mean, there were no MURALS to take photos in front of! But it so amazing. I had no idea how desperately I needed to be without my phone and computer and away from all the distractions and stress 💕 A much needed reminder in simplicity and to focus on what's important. ❤️ I highly recommend a “tiny” vacation to everyone!

Nova does not give a damn that mom needs her Instagram pictures. But luckily out of the 50 we took, I found some useable ones. Good girl, Nova !

“I believe in the Law of Attraction, but it’s not working…” ~ Have you been there? Or are you there now? Do you have a vision for what you want you life to look like but can’t seem to make it happen? I’m gonna let you in on a secret: It’s not that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work, it’s that you’re not LETTING GO of your desires and allowing them to come into fruition. If you have something that you’re wanting to manifest in your life, but are: ~ -trying to control it in some way -panicking about the outcome -worrying about what will happen if it doesn’t come true -obsessing over HOW it will end up happening You’re energetically strangling that thing that you want most. The entire point of the Law of Attraction is to visualize what you want, take aligned action, and allow the universe to deliver. I know it’s so freaking difficult to energetically let go and allow your wishes to come to you. BUT, if you don’t SURRENDER, they will not manifest. I hope this helps! 2/11/20 Dealing with Anxiety If you saw my IGTV yesterday, “Following My Passion,” then you know that I am going through a major awakening and shift with my business and content. And because of that, I have so many exciting projects coming up in the next year: -a book -an ebook -a manifestation course -a web design with @macey_miller -a rebrand -hosting events and workshops at @empowerstpete -a self-mastery and manifestation podcast (fingers crossed) -a new approach to coaching But with all of the coming up, I have to say that I’m also super nervous. Writing a book, starting a business, hosting events, and coaching is all new territory for me. And for that reason, as much as I’m passionate about these project and about my message, I’m also so nervous and anxious. I’m a person who likes a “plan” and “steps,” so figuring all of this out of my own is so out of my comfort zone. But today I realized that I don’t have to stay in this state. I can ask for guidance and support. So I decided that it was time to pick up my oracle cards again… and thank goodness I did! Sometimes we’re so close to our own problems that we just can’t see things clearly. The messages that come through these cards are always EXACTLY what I needed to hear to let go and enjoy the process.
